SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note that the shipping address is taken from your PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). If your shipping address differs from your billing address, please provide it at checkout.
The address can be changed before we ship your order. However, we cannot change the shipping method or address once your order has been shipped.
ORDER CONFIRMATION

TRACKING AN ORDER
We will send you another notification when your order is ready for shipment, provide the tracking number for your shipment, and give a direct link to the courier’s package tracking site. IMPORTANT
When the courier returns an undeliverable package to us due to an address issue, reshipment fees will be charged if you request a refund. Please note that for personalized items, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.
