90-Day Return / Exchange Policy
Below you will find detailed instructions for processing a return or exchange. This policy is based on the date of purchase. Please check whether any of these items apply to you and whether the items fall under our return policy.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
1.Please contact our customer service first for your return request, and the request must be approved.
Important: Any items returned without authorization will not be accepted!!
2.The timeframe for returns and exchanges must not exceed 90 days from the date of purchase.
3.All items must be returned in new and unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be altered or modified in any way.
4.You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
1.Products exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of your product. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas. Oxidized silver is easily damaged.
2.Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or poor maintenance.
3.Replacements are not accepted for refunds.
4.Silver items may oxidize over time and appear black. To remove this, polish them with a silver polishing cloth to restore the original appearance.
5.We do not accept returns for personalized photo charms, unless the image differs from the photo provided to Funswan, as stated in our 90-day return/exchange section.
Return / Exchange Procedure
Step 1: If you are not satisfied with the received products, contact our customer service for further assistance.

Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packaging and seal the package securely.
Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.
Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will immediately process an exchange or issue a refund to your account according to our return policy (approximately 5–7 business days).
Finally, we will email you once your return or exchange has been processed.
Refunds
Once our customer service approves your request, returns are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving your package. Funds will be returned to your original payment method (approximately 5–7 business days), depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may charge small transaction fees.
Note: All PayPal payments can only be refunded via PayPal. All debit or credit card payments will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.
Shipping Cost Reimbursements
Original shipping costs and insurance are not refundable. Even if you enjoyed free or discounted shipping, the original shipping cost for each order applies. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping fees.
For non-damaged products that the customer wishes to return, you can first contact our customer service to request a refund. We will receive the product in undamaged condition and process a refund within 2–3 business days. (Note: shipping costs for this process are the responsibility of the customer.)
Funswan will reimburse the customer US $9.99 for return shipping under the following circumstances:
1.The customer received the wrong item.
2.The item is broken, defective, or has incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)
Note: Funswan reserves the right not to process a refund if items are returned in unacceptable condition.
Cancellation Policy
1.Cancelling an order within 24 hours is free. After this time, restocking/processing fees apply for cancellations, even if the order has not been shipped.
2.Orders cancelled within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping costs and 80% of the product purchase price.
3.Orders cancelled more than 48 hours after payment confirmation are eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping costs and 50% of the product purchase price.
4.Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
